Ron Childers is an American artist who was born in the 20th Century.
He was the partner of Richard Proctor with whom he opened a gallery in Palm Springs to show their work.
Outshined by Richard Proctor''s work, he doesn''t have the same recognition, though his work is very interesting too!
The artist painted this lively and colourful beach scene over vertical strips of paper glued to the cardboard support. He gathered an eclectic crowd of characters of different ages, shapes, and races supporting a melting-pot vision with his very unique layering technique. The viewer can easily identify the cubist influence in the artwork.
